Surf: This series of jetties around 8th Street has good waves with longer lefts on a NE swell. Some reasonable power and well-shaped barrels at this popular boardwalk spot. Strong currents make the paddle-out difficult when it gets overhead. Low tide is best and will handle a bit of N in the wind. Consistent and often crowded in front of surf shop scene. Summer sea-lice.
