More about Belleair surfspot
General: This beach faces more north than Indian Rocks, which makes it the prime locale for weak cold fronts with north wind. It's a good shorebreak to mid-break spot, but it's tucked in a private residential area with no place to park. Keep driving south from Sand Key and you'll see Belleair Beach Motel. Tides: Incoming Size: Thigh-1' overhead Wind: Onshore to generate some surf, NE-ENE for clean conditions Swell: NW Bottom: Sand Paddling: Easy most days, can be a little more challenging on the bigger windswell days. Spot Rating: Another average spots, Bellair is most famous surfwise for Cory Lopez and friends having a crack at some close to shore runners in the old Lost videos. Other than that it's just a run of the mill spot with grumpy residents who will go to any lengths to keep you off their beaches. Good luck parking anywhere in the snooty town.
Any
