General: Blue Mountain Beach has a few mediocre-to-good surf spots, and is the first real surf zone along Scenic Road-30 A. There is a very good outside and a mushier, deeper inside. This spot is also one of the highest points in Florida. Tides: Low going high Size: Waist-overhead Wind: NW, N, NE, ENE Swell: SE, S, SSW Bottom: Sand Paddling: Easy on small days, tougher paddle on larger swells. Spot Rating: Pretty average spot overall. No one is driving here solely to surf this spot.
