It's easy to check to Bombo from the road and if it's flat here, then forget it. Highly changeable banks at each end will break hard and hollow on the good days. Crowds, horrendous rips and a bad shark attack may just keep you driving.
Locals have been known to get a bit shirty here. There's a left at the north end called Pump Rock.
