Bruce's Beauties surf guide
Surf: When a big S-E swell kicks Bruce's Beauties into life, the local chargers head to Cape St. Francis for some seriously heavy pits, that wrap dangerously close to the rocks on their grind down the long headland. Lower tides and SW winds produce a wave to rival Supertubes at J-Bay, but it is a fickle spot with low consistency.
Environment: Portrayed as a small longboard wave in The Endless Summer, the heavy drops, thick lips and proximity to the rocks make this an experts only wave.
