Bundoran - Tullan Strand surf guide
Surf: Swell-magnet, ultra-consistent beachbreak, with a good wedge off the cliff at the southern end forming nice peaks for the local crowds. Big winter swells can scour out the sandbars and closeouts are prevalent up the beach. Rip along the bottom of the cliff is a handy conveyor belt out back. Lots of learners in the shorebreak.
Environment: Big crowds in August but the beach is huge so walk north to find an empty peak. Only the experienced should jump off the cliffs otherwise take the long walk down. Turn by KFC to access the carpark.
