A sandy ribbon of road splits the forest and arrives at an ad hoc parking spot next to a water treatment plant. This "pointe" is actually just another stretch of the dead straight beach from Capbreton to the Adour, but favourable sand formation can give the wave nice shape.

While it may be less crowded here, there can be some bad vibes in the water. Gets its name from the campsite on the way in, which is a better place to stay as this area is well policed due to regular vehicle break-ins.
