More about Casernes surfspot

Typical, campsite-fed beach access that marks the northern limit of the Seignosse beaches. One to keep an eye on because when the sand lines up, it can be really good. Mid tide, headhigh with a morning or evening glass-off will produce those speedy, lip smacking walls across a handful of baines.

May offer some respite from the crowds of Penon as it requires a decent 500m walk from the deep sand parking under the pines, but it is often just as crowded as everywhere else. More nudists up this way plus all the facilities of most major beach accesses including lifeguards, surf school, board rental and food shop.
