Surf: In Portete, the industrialised keyhole harbour is flanked by the rare rights of Cocaine Point, which need plenty of N in the swell to start peeling off down the 100m sharp coral reef. Environment: It's a good wave on it's day, which isn't that often, so it gets packed with surly locals. Also polluted.
