The optimal swell direction is from the NorthEast, and it can handle swell sizes starting from 1ft (about 0.3 meters). You'll find both left and right waves breaking over sand, with the best conditions happening during low, mid, and high tides. If the wind is coming from the NorthWest, you’re likely to experience more favorable surfing conditions.

Keep in mind that due to the crowd, interacting with locals might not always be smooth sailing. There are a few rogue locals who can be a bit aggressive to newcomers, so it's good to be mindful and respectful while in the water. Overall, Dashi can be a decent spot to enjoy a session when conditions align.
