Although not a consistently epic rivermouth break by any standards, it can get quite good, especially following heavy rainfall (somewhat of a rarity in SoCal) with a smaller W swell. Usually average beachbreak.
Access is via parking in southernmost Solana Beach (and walking down) or in northernmost Del Mar (and walking up).
