Diggers Beach is nicely wind protected by high flanking headlands, yet seems to catch all available swell and it will handle a bit of size. Popular with longboarders when it's smaller, the reliable channel at the southern end gives some shape for both lefts and rights. More steep than hollow, but gets heavier as the swell shifts to overhead.
Often crowded with all sorts of wave riders. Also try Hills Beach just north.
