E.T.'s surf guide
Surf: E.T’s is a class act in summer NW-N swells and light NE-E winds, but is easily blown out and really inconsistent. Other spots with names like Loonies, Sharkie’s and Razors are just as wind sensitive and require a long boat trip out to them.
Environment: On nearby Eua Island there is a rare wave that breaks down the cliff side at Ufilei, plus a couple of high tide lefts and a right south of the harbour on moderate SW swells. The ragged, rocky, pushed up coral shelf is not ideal for surfing and is pocked with tidal pools, blowholes and caves.
