To surf El Cañon, you have to enter the military zone and leave your passport at security! This left breaks close to the bouldered shore when small N pulses come in, but holds waves up to 8-10ft on wrapping SW swells. High and tight tuck in moments between the open walls that shoulder into the busy bay. A kilometre offshore, the Outer Reefs have some great lefts and rights depending on the swell angle, for those with access to a boat.
