At the northern extremity of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, a small crescent of sand is home to an extremely rare point-style lefthander. The swell has to be coming from a S to E direction and N winds will groom the long, fast barreling walls. Will break on all tides but is more makeable with more water.
So fickle it’s not funny. To compound things, there’s no access without a boat. No stopping or parking in the immediate vicinity, and no trespassing on the beach. This means that only the most dedicated locals are ever going to surf this spot.
