Surf: Philip Island, 26km (16mi) long and 9km (5mi) wide is Victoria’s leading tourist destination attracting 3.5 million visitors each year. There are over 20 spots, ranging from quality beachbreaks to right and left reefs and world-class right pointbreaks. The western tip, best known for multitudes of penguins, benefits from breaks on its north side like Flynn’s epic rights that zip down the point and stay offshore in winds from NE to S.
