About a mile of beachbreak right alongside Old Highway 101, between the restaurants in Cardiff and Seaside Reef. Needs small, peaky swells with lower tide to alleviate backwash. Has regained some of its previous quality with recent beach-sand nourishment. Hardly broke for years because of sand loss. Never crowded.
