General: Sandbars run off the south side of the Hillsboro Inlet in a fashion similar to Reef Road; however, the surf is not nearly as good. Big N swells break point-style off the south side of the Inlet. Super-long. The place gets hollow, but needs a big swell. Tides: Low and incoming Size: The bigger the better Wind: WNW Swell: NNE, SE Bottom: sand and reef Paddling: Current can up your paddling depending on the swell. Spot Rating: Pretty average spot overall. No one is driving here solely to surf this spot.
