Horner’s in Wailua has been a traditional surfing locale for centuries but is surfed less and less these days. It's a fickle, often inconsequential left that swings around the reef off the Kauai Sands Hotel that needs a big N swell and W winds.
Rarely any good and there has been a tiger shark attack on a surfer here.
