Surf: Two miles of better than average beachbreak works on any tide, but favors smaller, peaky swells. Far less crowded, but closes (and blows) out long before the pier area. All Huntington beaches consistently blow out by 11am. Directions: Access from pay parking lots along the beach. Metered parking on highway too.
