Overview
Indicators is a right-hand point that peels over a nasty stretch of shallow, uneven reef. Exposed rocks, sea urchins, and punishing paddle-outs make it a wave for experienced surfers only.
When It Works
The point draws swell from northwest through northeast (NW-NE), with north (N) swell the best match. It's a right-hander that stays workable from 1.2 m / 4 ft to 2.4 m / 8 ft. Surf here is moderately consistent, so it pays to time your sessions for when the swell lines up.
Wind and Tide
Look for a southeast (SE) offshore wind. The reef can work through low, mid, and high tide, with a rising tide generally the better call.
Local Tips
This is an expert-level wave. The lineup can get busy, though it tends to see fewer surfers than The Point or Marias further down the reef.

There's a surf shop nearby, along with free roadside parking.
