K 61 is a surf spot that can be a bit tricky to get to. It’s located quite a distance away from the beach at K59, which means you'll need to paddle a bit to get there. While it might look appealing from afar, don’t be fooled; it can be less consistent and has a reputation for being a shiftier wave. When a solid overhead south swell rolls in, you’ll notice the waves can get a bit hollower and heavier, adding some challenge to your ride.
