Overview
La Roccetta is an A-frame reef peak that breaks over a very shallow rock ledge, tucked 200m south of Santa Marinella's harbour. The right runs longer but stays slow, while the left is shorter and more intense, throwing up barrelling sections when it turns on.
When It Works
The peak draws swell from southeast through south to west (SE-S-W), with southwest the best match. It wants small, clean swell with no wind on it, and works from 0.6 m / 2 ft to 1.8 m / 6 ft.
Wind and Tide
Look for northeast offshore wind to groom the peak. It can work through low, mid, and high tide, with a rising tide generally the better call.
Local Tips
This is expert-only terrain, thanks to the very shallow ledge and the intensity of the left. Expect a quiet lineup when it works.
Access
From town, turn left at the gas station just before the bridge. There is free parking on hand.
