Labadi Beach on the other side of Accra has similar short, dumpy beachbreak to Kokrobite and will handle some overhead days since there is usually a paddle channel somewhere. Gets really messy in the afternoon sea breeze.
Replete with expensive hotel for those who can afford it. It can be very polluted (tankers dump septic waste nearby) and there is a charge for beach access.
