Surf: There are several spots in Cottesloe besides Main Beach like Cove, Seconds, Isolator, Dutch Inn or Deep 6. Every now and then it goes off, serving up fast walls and some sucky bits, but it is generally less consistent, smaller and more crowded than Triggs and Scarborough. Environment: There are scattered chunks of reef and rock to avoid, but there is no avoiding the crowd. Fatal attack on a swimmer here in 2000.
