This used to be the hot spot back in the ’60s and ’70s but the crowd has drifted south to greener pastures. Same deal as Sunglow, except there is a chair lift along the length of the pier. Pity it doesn’t drop you out the back when it’s big.
If you want to surf Main St in summer and park on the beach, get there early, otherwise it will be expensive meter parking. Beware: focal point of midsummer college revelers.
