Maitencillo rivermouth is usually where the best A-frames can be found along this 2km stretch of coarse, golden sand on small swells. Produces some real quality at times along the northern end known as Abanico, particularly in the morning glass conditions. Any swell up to a bit overhead and usually best around mid tide.
Highly consistent and crowded on the good days. Beginners watch the longshore drift.
