More about Marigot surfspot

The concentration of reefs and rivermouths E and W of Jacmel is impressive. Marigot isn’t the most consistent spot during the south coast season from July to September, but during higher period swells (7 seconds plus) can deliver fast, tight-to-shore 3 ft (1 m) lefts over boulders, with hollow sections.

Follow the rivermouth to the coast just E of Marigot.

The coast road E of Jacmel, lined with gingerbread houses, allows many look outs to check the numerous south coast reefs.
