Includes the designated summer surfing spot at Whitecrest (Four Mile Beach). Consistent bars along a ENE-facing length of beach. Less power and ability to handle size than breaks to the south. Lecounts Hollow will take a big swell and be more manageable, with easier paddle-outs and fatter, crumbly walls.
Sometimes crowded as there are various pay carparks on the cliffs. Plenty of drift to contend with alongside regular pea soup fogs that roll in with monotonous regularity.
