Surf: If the S swell gets to a decent size, Pan Dulce becomes a Rincon-style right point, meaning really long, mellow cutback shoulders and zippy walls perfect for longboarding, often breaking as two separate sections on a rocky bottom inside the Golfo. The inside beachbreak is ideal for newbies. Environment: Far less consistent and more makeable for average surfers than the outside points and so when it breaks it will be crowded and there are a few vocal expats and Puerto Jimenez locals. Regular shark sightings as well at this awesomely beautiful location.
