General: PB Point is a rolling righthander that meanders through various slow sections where longboards are the rule. In fact, it's the slowest wave around and requires a low tide and a swell with some push to make it decent. Tides: All tides Size: shoulder high to double overhead Wind: E, NE Swell: W, NW Bottom: Sand and rock Paddling: Plenty of work to be had when it is pumping. Spot Rating: Soft, sectiony point for the most part but can get good at size.
