Pipes is the rocky beachbreak barrels to the north of Miramar Point in small to medium swells. Prefers low tide up to overhead S-W swells and serves up some decent barrels and performance walls.
Not really a great beginner spot as it can be hollow and punchy over a rocky bottom in places.
