Point B is a surf spot located further south of Majestics. If Majestics is looking sketchy, Point B can be a solid option. However, keep in mind that it has exposed rocks, so watch your step and your board. It’s a decent wave, but definitely not suitable for anyone just starting out.
This spot works best with an east swell direction and can handle swell sizes around 3 feet (approximately 0.9 meters). You can also catch waves from the north and east, but the optimal conditions are definitely when the swell is coming from the east. Most of the waves here break over LiveCoral and the wave type is a right reef break. For the best ride, it’s recommended to hit the waves during a high tide and when the wind is coming from the west. Remember, this spot is for experts only.
When heading to Point B, just check the conditions ahead of time, as it can be tricky with the rocks involved. Getting out there when the tide is right and the wind is favorable can really make a difference in your session. Have fun, and stay aware!
