However, keep in mind that there’s no sandy beach here, so you'll be getting up close with the rocks as you get ready to ride.

This spot shines with large north swells, which create some strong right-point breaks. The ideal swell direction is north, but it can also handle waves coming from the east. It works best when the swell size is around 4ft (about 1.2 meters). Low to mid tides are preferred, as you'll find better conditions then. With the southwest winds keeping the area protected, you can expect some good rides if you’re an expert surfer.
