Surf: Puro is the best spot in this area with its’ mix of beach and reefbreaks. Exposed on the outer reef and lefts might ping down the inside of the hammerhead peninsula and be offshore in the SW monsoon. Environment: In Vigan, there is a small and friendly surfing community, patient enough to wait for the right swells.
