Radiation Point is at the easternmost point of the island. This wave is located in the grounds of the giant Voice of America transmitting station - look for the huge antennas. Before driving out to the point, ask permission at the gate (usually refused), otherwise paddle around. Radiation Point is fairly consistent, because even local SE windswell will wrap with enough size to ride, and the SW wind is cross-offshore on the biggest outside section. Beware of shallow rocks and when the tide gets too high, waves will get fat and inconsistent.
