On the southern side of the Makaha jetty is Redondo, where a fairly reliable left breaks with all the same hallmarks of the neighbouring breaks. Soft, slow and forgiving for the crowds of beginners and improvers who come here. A bit less paddling as it is generally better inside the jetty.
