Relax Beach surf guide

Relax Beach is a private surf spot located near the Le Meridien Resort. Access can get a bit pricey since you need a day pass, but the effort can be worth it, especially if you head to the south end by the headland. The beach offers a nice vibe for surfers, mainly attracting those looking for a chill session.

This spot works best with swells coming from the SouthWest, but it can also handle some West swells. It's suitable for intermediate surfers and can pick up waves even when they're as small as 1 ft (about 0.3 meters). The waves here mainly break over sand and offer left-handed rides. When the wind blows from the NorthEast, the conditions tend to improve, and you can surf during low, mid, or high tides without any problem.

While Relax Beach is not the most famous surf destination, it has its charm. The south end can provide some decent lefts, especially when the swell is right. If you're looking for a less crowded spot to enjoy a mellow day of surfing, it's definitely worth checking out.
