Scarecrows surf guide
Surf: Shifty, swell-sucking left reef on tip of small island north of Pitojat. Takes all swell directions, but more W will lengthen the sections that pop up along the line and make the inside stretch hollower and faster. Always bigger than Telescopes, plenty of water depth and a crowd spreader on account of the wide clean-ups that roam towards the channel. Can be messy, all-over-the-place and very average at high, but always sneaks in a few good ones at some stage of the tide, especially when most breaks are undersized. Good for intermediates when small to medium size and experts will crack out the guns at size.
