More about Scotts Head surfspot

Likeable and lengthy, Scotts Head will spoke around the rocky point, but mainly relies on the sand build up to allow it to rumble on for its full 300-400 metres. SE-E swell at lower tides will be ideal and it handles plenty of size, when the sections get longer and much harder to make. Jumping off the rocks is tricky when big.

Accessible for improvers when small, it gets pretty crowded with all abilities. The beachbreaks on both sides of the head are always worth a look.
