More about Sète surfspot

A long ribbon of beach stretching between Sète and Marseillan is usually blown out and mushy, but the jetties may hold some sand and a bit of wind protection. There are a couple of reefs towards La Corniche, where La Chapelle offers a left over rock shelf that can be surprisingly hollow and multi-sectioned. Best early mornings when the renverse smooths out the E wind chop but don't expect it to work more than a handful of days a year.
