More about Sunabe Seawall surfspot

With no doubt, Sunabe Seawall is the main surfing arena with half a dozen reefbreaks including Typhoon Break’s long lefts, Hotels’ sectiony rights, 5-Rocks short peaks, California's & Hawaiian’s. They all need a pushing tide towards high and many of the waves are hard-breaking barrels when the swell picks up from the ideal NW direction. Outside reefs appear when a big typhoon swell sweeps around the corner from the SW.

Crowds are insane on the weekend and the surfing level is usually high so beginners will struggle here. Shallow rocks, coral, strong rips in the channels and urchins. There are more possibilities to the south of the marina.
