The main reef is a shallow slab with a hollow left and right that can deliver the best barrel in the area (but also a nasty reef cut if you wipeout). In the adjacent cove to the W, local kids have been use wooden planks to ride the softer peelers with majesty for decades. Today they are rising to their feet with their own surfboards. Surf fever is sparking. Under exceptional hurricane or plus 8 seconds period conditions, this wave is spectacular.
Easy roadside parking, but be sure to leave enough space for traffic to move through safely.
Lined with flamboyant trees and banana plants, and a great spectator spot, breaking close to the road.
