Surf: Like Kennett, Wye River has both some average rivermouth beachies and an option of a righthand point called Baldy, that has unfortunately lost the sand which previously made it a glorious peeler for hundreds of meters. Better at lower tides to help with the tendency to close-out. Environment: Laid-back area perfect for improvers with a great pub overlooking the beach and campground options.
