Surf: The southernmost pier in Brazil is in Cidreira, a less developed resort town that gets crowded in summer. Peaks on either side of the long pier and often break further out on bigger days. Local rippers are on it throughout winter with the odd good left and right going into the channels. Environment: The pier can't cut the longshore drift altogether so beware of the current.
