Surf: Various breaks can have their day at Coalcliff, but the peak in front of the carpark is the only reliable one. The Ledge by the pool can be sucky and intense on E swell and low tides and very occasionally the point can line up into it. The big Bommie left is fluky and the rest of the beachbreaks are average. Environment: Watch out for rocks up and down the beach. All abilities in small swells.
