The waves break over sand and can be a mix of reef breaks. Most waves tend to roll in as rights, making it a decent spot for surfers looking for that kind of wave. The best wind direction is from the northeast, and the surf works well at all tide heights: low, mid, and high. This spot is better suited for intermediate surfers, especially those who enjoy a wedging sucky take-off.
