Surf: A ferry crosses the harbour mouth from Qingdao to Huangdao and Golden Sand Beach is located on the main coast road of Huangdao. Its another fairly poor beachbreak that likes a pushing tide to give it a bit more power. Environment: More consistent than Shilaoren because it is open the NE swell, most likely in winter when the Yellow Sea can get down to 4ºC.
