Surf: El Tubo was a right breaking next to the pier, but both disappeared in 2012. Playa Chinchorro is more of a beginner-friendly break where the surf schools operate and it will work better on NW swells at higher tide. Environment: Lots of summer surf school action and lots of tents on the beach. Only medium consistency.
