Surf: Very long, good quality left wrapping around the cliff in E and SE swells. Shallow rock bottom and difficult access when pumping make this an experts only spot. Directions: The village of Capitana is located between Cagliari and Villasimius along coastal route. Turn right before the little village of Is Mortorius, in front of a camping.
